Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026. Have your legal team review before production use.

This Privacy Policy describes how Elevate (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use the Elevate platform and related services. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed and adapted by your counsel to match your jurisdiction, product, and data flows.

We process personal data to provide authentication, event operations, analytics, customer support, and product improvement. Depending on context, lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, or consent where required.

Categories of data may include account identifiers (such as email), profile and organization attributes, event and attendee records you choose to store, usage and diagnostic data, and communications with support. We do not sell personal data.

We use subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, and security operations. A current list is available on request under NDA for enterprise customers. International transfers may rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Retention depends on your plan and configuration. Enterprise agreements may specify retention, deletion, and export procedures. Where you are an authorized administrator, you may be able to manage certain records subject to role permissions.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, or port data. Enterprise users should contact their account administrator first; others may contact us using the details in your order form or support channel.

Security measures are implemented in line with industry practice, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we continuously improve our program.

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or your agreement. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

For privacy requests or questions, contact your Elevate account team or the address provided in your enterprise agreement.
